DuPont Receives Interactive Award for Waterborne Basecoat Paint System

An interactive presentation created to support the launch of DuPont™ Cromax® Pro waterborne finishes recently received an “interactive” award from the American Marketing Association.

DuPont™ Cromax® Pro is a waterborne basecoat paint system for automotive collision repair shops. Designed to replace traditional solvent-based systems, it helps collision repair shops reduce the environmental impact of their operations and comply with pending regulations. The interactive tool allows sales professionals to change topics for a more tailored discussion during on-site visits. The tool can be used to highlight how easy making the switch to the new paint system can be, without the expense of creating a video presentation.

“Just as we used breakthrough technology to develop Cromax® Pro waterborne finishes, we’ve developed an innovative tool to help our sales team and jobbers to communicate the product's benefits,” said Fred Wissemann, DuPont Refinish Brand Manager. “I thank Alan McConachie, who led this award winning project.”
