Lambda Photometrics Ltd appointed sales partner for FEI Phenom personal electron microscope and FEI Fibermetric system in the UK & Ireland.
FEI, the world leader in electron optics and focused ion beam technologies, has reached an agreement with Lambda Photometrics to represent the Phenom and the Fibermetric systems in the UK and Ireland. These powerful, easy-to-use systems from FEI are aimed at engineers who need electron microscope images and data, but can't afford to wait for results from a microscopy lab.
The Phenom personal electron microscope delivers crisp images at up to 24,000x magnification. It does that within 30 seconds of loading a sample, making the Phenom the fastest electron microscope on the market today.. It also includes an optical camera for never-lost navigation and an intuitive touch-screen user interface, making it easy to operate the Phenom without special training.
The Fibermetric system powered by Phenom can produce accurate information on a large range of micro- and nano-fibers as small as 100nm in diameter. Automated measurement of hundreds of pores, fiber diameters and angles are generated in minutes.
