Dycem Appoint PR Firm to Promote Contamination Control Products

NetDyaLog, a British-based agency with offices near London and Cambridge, have been appointed by Dycem to handle their PR activities to raise brand awareness worldwide and to lead the introduction of a series of new products from the contamination control division.

Dycem's message
Dycem leads the market for reusable flooring solutions as opposed to disposable peel-off mats for contamination control. Dycem products do not use an adhesive so do not need to be peeled. Simply clean the surface and reuse. This reduces users' environmental impact. Dycem products are also superior to peel-off mats because they capture a higher percentage of contaminants such as dust and dirt.

Dycem has been providing contamination control solutions to both the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries since 1996. The company has been recognised by 40 of the top 50 pharmaceutical companies to provide solutions to their cleanroom contamination problems and has been reported in several papers that demonstrate their performance over competitive offerings.

Papers such as written by Glaxo's Caroline Clibbon1 which described an evaluation of the effectiveness of polymeric flooring compared with "peel-off" mats to reduce wheel- and foot-borne contamination within cleanroom areas to the recent publication from an independent consultant from Kennett Bioservices, Gerry Prout2, considered the nature and environmental impact of control of floor level contamination, Dycem enjoys a reputation second to none.

Making Dycem an integral part of a cleanroom contamination control program provides totally effective, flexible and economic contamination control.
