Optimize Automotive Testing with the Unimotive GL 30W Temperature Control System

The Unimotive model series was created specifically for use in the automobile sector. The temperature control devices are made to function down to -45 °C with a water-ethylene glycol mixture that has corrosion protection (such Glysantin®). Typical application areas include temperature simulations, material testing, and temperature-dependent stress and load tests for automotive and functional components.

The optional “Flow Control Cube” enables exact flow rate measurement and control. Unimotive temperature control devices are perfect for integrating into test benches to ensure consistent temperatures, such as for quality control, battery testing, gear and bearing testing, climate and vacuum chamber temperature management, and calibration duties. Unimotive models stand out for their unique thermodynamics, which ensures highly precise and reproducible results.

Unimotive devices benefit from the established Unistat technology, which provides for the shortest heating and cooling durations as well as the highest temperature accuracy. All Unimotive versions are controlled by a 5.7" color touchscreen display with easy menu navigation.

The "GL" (Green Line) model versions use the natural refrigerant carbon dioxide (CO2) and hence are a completely ecologically beneficial alternative to devices using synthetic refrigerants.

Carbon dioxide (also known as R744) is a naturally occurring gas that has been used in refrigeration technologies since the nineteenth century. CO2 has no ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0), a minor global warming potential (GWP = 1), and is not combustible, poisonous, or chemically inactive.
