Maack Organizes Two More Conferences for the Plastics Industry

Conference organizer Maack Business Services' global technology and business forum for the polyethylene and polypropylene sectors, PEPP, will once again be at the Swissotel in Zurich this year, on September 21 and 22.

MBS is planning sessions covering latest developments in materials and polymerisation process technologies, together with insights into the global business climate - including input from associate company SRI Consulting, which has a large team of experts in the petrochemicals field. Presentations from key downstream players are also expected. Target audience includes technical and business managers at polyolefin suppliers, processors operating in various areas of the plastics and fibers industries, as well as end users.

The company's long-running event for the plastics films industry, SPF, returns the following month, on October 18 and 19, at the same Swiss location. This will be an occasion for film processors, brand owners, retail outlets and other end users to get the latest information on new polymers, barrier technologies, bioplastics, extrusion technologies and other technological and business developments affecting the sector.

Details on both conferences, including reports from the 2010 editions of PEPP and SPF, are available at www.mbspolymer.com/pepp and www.mbspolymer.com/spf.
