HJ3 Composite Technologies, a Tucson-based developer of carbon fibers, has declared that it is planning to double its dealer group from 75 to 150 by 2011 end.
As of last year, StrongHold Basement’s Carbon Wall Repair Systems have been deployed to repair more than 5,000 houses and this activity was accomplished by a network of 75 StrongHold authorized dealers in the U.S. and Canada.
StrongHold brand is part of HJ3 Composite Technologies’ portfolio of brands. It is used in residential segments for repairing floors, splintered walls and stooped walls and is also used for garages and commercial building applications. In order to become a dealer of Stronghold, installers need to take part in theoretical as well as on-site installation training sessions along with a representative from Stronghold factory.
John Huedepohl, Sales Engineer of StrongHold, stated that on-site training with contractors is the best method to work. He mentioned that they will visit the dealers’ place to conduct this training so that the dealer’s network of salespersons, installers and engineers can get acquainted with the company’s technical professionals and achieve real-time experience under their assistance.
The training program assures that all dealers of StrongHold attain a superior quality level before conducting home repairs. Pete Burges, North Carolina-based StrongHold dealer, expressed his satisfaction with StrongHold’s products and the quality of training provided by HJ3. He added that he is satisfied about the sales assistance, marketing and technical support received from HJ3.
After receiving certification from HJ3, the dealers begin to utilize the materials from StrongHold and were also able to use the engineering services offered by HJ3. Burgess stated that HJ3 offers excellent engineering services. He mentioned that they mailed some pictures to the engineers, who assisted them regarding what has to be done. In fact, John Nighswander, the company’s technical professional, reached their place, offered extra training and supported the crew to successfully complete the installation.
HJ3 Composite Technologies has authorized numerous contractors who are utilizing its carbon wall materials. It anticipates that the number of homes restored by StrongHold repair kits will double by 2011 end.
