The new dressing solution is an enhanced version of Tegaderm Transparent Film Dressing. It integrates innovative comfort and pressure-sensitive adhesive technology, frame delivery system and breathable film. The main function of the adhesive technology is improving the moisture management performance. This can lessen the frequent changes in dressing and helps to offer a cost-saving alternative for health care facilities.

3M has designed the adhesive-enhanced Diamond Dressing based on the customer requirements and the product will perform well on the patients’ changing conditions in clinical environments.

3M’s highly breathable dressing is suitable for people who unexpectedly become diaphoretic and also for various other patients. The Diamond Dressing that is developed with the adhesive easily adheres to irregular surface of the skin providing long and comfortable wear. The 3M Tegaderm Diamond Dressings will soon be distributed in the U.S. and specific global markets.
