Industrial Nanotech has received an order to supply 2,973 gallons of Nansulate Translucent PT coating to Montaco, an industrial contractor, for the Porto refinery project in Portugal.
The insulation and corrosion control coating will be applied on large fuel oil storage tanks at the Matosinhos refinery in Portugal. The refinery is owned by Galp Energia, the largest oil company in Portugal. The Porto refinery project is currently under way and focuses on insulation and corrosion control of fuel oil tanks.
Industrial Nanotech’s long-term strategy includes acceptance of Nansulate technology as the preferred insulation and corrosion control solution in global building and industrial projects. The company is seeking to build a relationship with Montaco, a specialist in construction and specialty painting, rehabilitation of tools and buildings, concrete protection and anti-corrosive treatments.
Industrial Nanotech expects to receive additional bidding orders for Nansulate insulation in several other countries. Nansulate coating technology has a strong record of excellent durability, high performance and rapid return on investment, and has been recognized as an advanced insulation and surface protection product in a wide range of industries.
