The new solution is designed using a distinctive aerospace nanotechnology laminate, which helps to provide considerable sound reduction. In addition to preventing airborne sound, the product stops mechanical sound transmission such as vibration through a wall. Hence, it is ideal for business and professional associations, where privacy is required in conference and meeting rooms.

The sound barrier solution is applied over the existing wall surfaces such as concrete. The installation of Acoustiblok-Wallcover is easy with adhesive spray and needs less labor resources. Acoustiblok’s new noise reduction material is available in two dimensions with roughly ¼ of an inch thickness: 4 x10 ft and 4 x 8 ft. Acoustiblok-Wallcover is reasonably heavy that weighs approximately 1lb/sq ft.

Latest tests have confirmed that installation of one layer of sound barrier product to one side of a wall provides greater noise reduction compared to 12 ” of poured concrete. The application of Acoustiblok-Wallcover is extensive and it helps to solve noise issues and maintain privacy without breaking walls or hiring contractors.
