Epson America has expanded its proofing media portfolio with the addition of two new products: CrystalClear Film – Adhesive and Standard Proofing Paper – Production.
These products were developed to address the demands of agencies, design shops, proofing houses and businesses that make mock-ups, prototypes and colour match proofs. Standard Proofing Paper – Production is a proofing paper that complies with GRACoL SWOP Grade 1. CrystalClear Film – Adhesive is an optically clear polyester film that is developed to work with Epson Stylus Pro WT7900 for producing mock-ups and prototypes. The integration of new products with Epson Stylus Pro printers provides outstanding versatility to Epson’s customers.
CrystalClear Film – Adhesive has a repositionable adhesive backing and it offers high accuracy, performance and quality required for proofing applications. It is developed in response to great demand for a film, which can be used for boxes and bottles with uneven surfaces in the prototyping market said Jeff Smith, product manager, Epson America,.
Standard Proofing Paper – Production delivers a wider colour range for precise colour reproductions and also provides a gloss level, weight and base colour that matches press applications. This proofing paper is colour consistent and meets the requirements of certain challenging proofing applications for flexography and pre-press. It is offered in rolls with 100 ft length and three different widths: 17”, 24” and 44”.
