Memry Sign Agreement with United States Surgical

Memry Corp, manufacturers of shape memory alloys have just signed a agreement with United States Surgical to manufacture and supply Nitinol-based specimen retrieval bags. The new agreement is an extension of a previous agreement between the two companies.

In addition to the manufacturing agreement, Memry has been designated as a preferred supplied by United State Surgical for all development and production agreements relating to current and successor products.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
