High-Performance Laser Distance Sensor for Large Measurement Distances in Industrial Applications

The high-performance optoNCDT ILR2250 laser distance sensor is used whenever large measuring ranges and high accuracy are required. The optoNCDT ILR2250 can be installed at distances up to 100 m, and even up to 150 m with a reflector film. This sensor impresses when measuring dark, structured and poorly reflecting surfaces, while providing stable measurement results to millimeter accuracy.

​​​​​​​When measuring large distances up to 150 m in industrial environments, the optoNCDT ILR2250-100 is the preferred choice. While maintaining a high signal stability, it provides precise measurement results. This sensor has different measurement modes for optimized measurements of demanding surfaces. With an aluminum die-cast housing, measurements both outdoors and indoors are possible. Its compact design allows for this laser distance sensor to be installed even in restricted spaces via an integrated mounting plate. For OEM purposes, it can be adapted to the special requirements of the measurement task.

The optoNCDT ILR2250 laser distance sensor is used in transportation, logistics and conveyance technologies as well as automation and the metals industry.
