Optical Precision Micrometers for Restricted Spaces
The optoCONTROL 2520-46(090) and optoCONTROL 2520-95 (270) micrometers provide a receiver with a 90°-rotated lens. The receiver's flat design design streamlines installation in confined spaces.
Within the light curtain, the object being measured can be positioned anywhere. Moreover, users can select the distance between the light source and receiver, with a range of up to 2 m.

Unique Operating Concept for Quick and Easy Commissioning
The optoCONTROL 2520 micrometers are managed through an intuitive web interface accessible via any standard web browser. This interface allows for the display of readings and limit values, as well as the selection and application of filters.
A video signal is also provided for precise measurement configuration. Setting parameters for specific measurement programs is quick and simple. For each segment, gap, or diameter, it is possible to output the center axis and the position of individual edges.
