Universal Alloy to Double in Size

Aircraft part manufacturer Universal Alloy has announced its plan to double the size of its Canton, Georgia, USA, plant, in the process adding some 150 jobs.

The plant is currently geared up to make fuselage parts for commercial and military aircraft. After the expansion, they will have capability to produce wing parts as well.

With the expansion, Universal Alloy will be looking to recruit metallurgists, electrical and mechanical engineers, as well as maintenance crews, adding to their 100 strong existing workforce.
