Ferro Divests Additives Business

Consistent with its strategy of divesting several small non-core businesses, Ferro Corp has sold its petroleum additives business to Dover Chemicals, a subsidiary of ICC Chemicals. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed

The business unit sells fuel additives and metalworking lubricants from its location in Indiana, USA.

Ferro have also just completed the sale of their ceramic materials business to CerCo. This business supplied materials for industries ranging from pottery to power generation.
