Introduction
Aluminum 6033 is a heat treatable wrought alloy type with good corrosion resistance and excellent anodizing response. It possesses higher strength than aluminum 6061 alloy and can be a replacement for both 6061 and 6262.
Aluminum 6033 has a high hardness, improved machining performance, decreased cycle times, and increased speeds and feeds. The following datasheet will provide more details about aluminum 6033 alloy.
