DuPont Performance Coatings (DPC) in Mexico recently received the "Master of Quality Award" from Freightliner for excellence in the services provided to three facilities in the Freightliner circuit -- Santiago Tianguistenco (Mexico), St. Thomas (Canada) and Mount Holly (U.S.).

Freightliner is an American company that belongs to the Daimler Group, dedicated to the production of heavy-duty trucks, and is one of the most important customers for DPC in Mexico.
The Masters of Quality Award is the highest recognition that Freightliner gives to its suppliers, representing the best of the best among suppliers providing parts and components to Freightliner businesses.
"This award confirms that DuPont is a key supplier for the production process of Freightliner, and that the technical service team has been able to establish excellent teamwork with the customer, assuring that we surpass their needs and requirements," said Marcelo Herrera, DuPont Performance Coatings leader for Central America and the Caribbean.
DuPont has been a Freightliner supplier for more than 10 years and has nearly 100 percent participation at its Santiago site.
