MFC Bancorp Acquire MAW Mansfelder Aluminiumwerke GmbH

MFC Bancorp have acquired 100% of German based Aluminium Walzprodukt GmbH from London based Interalum Aluminium Rolling Mills Holding.

The principal asset of Aluminium Walzprodukt GmbH is MAW Mansfelder Aluminiumwerke GmbH who produce rolled aluminium products such as cold rolled foil stock and other goods based on cold rolled sheet.

MFC Bancorp intend to inject working capital into the company so they can increase output.
