Prime Star Announces Biodegradable Polymer Packaging to Replace Resin Packaging

Prime Star Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PSGI) is pleased to announce that its SmartPax™ "Eco-Film" packaging fulfills new Federal, State and Local mandates.

The company's biodegradable proprietary polymer packaging will be directly marketed and targeted to replace existing resin bottle packaging with ecologically friendly alternatives.

Roger Mohlman, Prime Star CEO, stated: "United States consumers drink approximately 50 billion bottles of water a year; globally 200 billion bottles are consumed. It is widely known that existing plastic resin bottles take up to 450 years to biodegrade. We are extremely pleased with our recent certification received that our proprietary packaging technology will now offer 100% biodegradability; 100 % recyclability at any time. Governments at all levels in the U.S. are increasing the mandate to utilize environmentally friendly packaging. Recent legislature from New York and California accelerates the growing global trend."

"We believe our pouch technology can offer an immediate environmentally friendly alternative to plastic bottles being used by the beverage industry today. We are currently in discussions with major global beverage distribution channels at the retail and wholesale levels; we are in discussions with military, hospital, prison, and disaster relief agencies. Our unique pouch packaging can accommodate all beverages from water, soda, juice and alcohol. Water can be frozen and shipped as ice where needed. We are also actively seeking partners in the rapidly growing billion dollar global vending machine market.
