Questech Introduces Collection of Q-Seal Protected Tiles

Questech has introduced a new line of Q-Seal-protected natural store tiles with seven different sizes and colors and two finishes.

New Collection of Q-Seal Protected Natural Stone Tiles

Each natural stone in the new collection is protected for its lifetime by Q-Seal from wear and stains, while improving its natural look. Usually, the color of natural stone tiles alters subsequent to the sealing process. However, Q-Seal enables the original tone and color of the natural stones prior to their installation.

The new collection comprises tiles produced by limestone, marble and travertine of which four tiles have a uniform honed finish and other four tiles have a classic tumbled finish. The most accepted tiles are 4 x 4 tiles, which can be utilized on showers, walls and backsplashes, and 12 x 12 tiles for dramatic walls and floors.

A compact 3 x 6 subway tile provides both classic and modern looks for walls and backsplashes. Two types of liners may be employed as finishing pieces to enhance the aesthetic appeal, form a wainscot topper or chair rail, or incorporate a framing component. The new collection also comprises 1x1 and 2x2 mosaic tiles to form a focal point over a tub or stove, line a shower pan, or to incorporate accent strips.

The Q-Seal protection allows the new collection of natural stone tiles to be used for moisture-rich kitchens or bathrooms. Liquids spill over the Q-seal treated tiles can be easily wiped off. The Q-Seal also safeguards the tiles from adverse chemicals such as the ammonias and bleaches present in the usual household cleaners and acids found in beverages and foods. It also offers antimicrobial protection against the growth of bacteria and molds.
