A recycling and manufacturing unit in Southern California, Acrylatex Coatings & Recycling, has announced its participation in the California Construction Expo, an annual event held in the Pasadena Convention Center for construction workers, professionals, suppliers, designers and contractors.

Acrylatex Coatings will exhibit its green products, manufactured from waste stream materials like latex paint, which get converted into reusable and renewable products, at the Acrylatex booth #302. Products such as Azuza Soft Rock, an attractive ground cover, which is lighter than pea gravel and are highly colorful and also eco-friendly for pathways and flowerbeds can be seen at the booth. The other Acrylatex products, which will be seen at the expo are Edguls latex asphalt sealer, which is a protective slurry coat used for parking lots and driveways, Tag-Out graffiti abatement paints, specially prepared for covering graffiti by spay, roller or brush applications and Life Cycle architectural paints, which are semi-gloss paints and Flats to be used in exterior and interior applications.
Gary Erb, who is the Marketing and Sales Manager at Acrylatex, has remarked that the expo will be the place where a number of new green products and technologies will be introduced, and hence is a must for all people employed in the construction trade. He further stated that they will be promoting their product line made from recycled latex paints. Their aim was to keep this hazardous material out of the landfills and give paint a second chance. Free samples of Azuza Soft Rock will be distributed at the booth.
