BASF and Sawgrass Tech to Co-Operate in Digital Sublimation Market

A comprehensive agreement has been reached by BASF and Sawgrass Technologies following the settlement of their patent litigation.

Under the terms of the settlement, Sawgrass Technologies who develop digital transfer inks will grant BASF a product licence. This will allow BASF to distribute their range of dye sublimation inks worldwide. These inks are commonly used in ink jet printers.

Both parties are happy with the outcome and welcome the new level of co-operation between the two, as well as the combining of strengths to provide a new range of solutions for their customers.
