Monarch Steel Completes Purchase of Feralloy Corporation

Monarch Steel Company has announced it has purchased the Cleveland operations and facilities of Feralloy Corporation, a Chicago-based company. Both companies are processors and distributors of steel products. Feralloy continues to operate in other markets.

Monarch Steel Company was founded in 1934 as a supplier of quality flat rolled steel products serving automotive; truck and trailer; lawn and garden; rail; tubing; pressure tanks; and full-line service center markets.
