Kombinat Aluminium of Montenegro has recently taken delivery of two of Stimir’s Anode Current Meter.
The Anode Current Meter from Stimir is a lightweight, portable instrument. The sensor head is positioned against the anode stem, and the volt-drop across two probes is displayed on the integral meter in real-time as the equivalent current.
Stímir's Anode Current Meter is scaled 0-15 kA; other scales are available to order. The handle is a plastic-coated light-weight aluminium tube providing both strength and durability.
Stímir also manufactures a portable Hall Effect Cathode Current Meter to measure the current flowing in pot collector bars. The lightweight instrument instantaneously displays the cathode current on the integral meter.
Stimir hf. is a solution provider to the primary aluminium industry, with particular focus on the Rodding Plant. All aspects of design and fabrication are undertaken at Stimir’s own facilities, ensuring total quality control and on-time delivery.
