EU Clears Sale of Invista to Koch Industries

The European Union have cleared DuPont’s sale of their subsidiary Invista, formerly DuPont Textiles and Interiors (DTI) to Koch Industries for US$4.4 billion.

The sale was originally announced back on November 17, and is now expected to close in the first half of this year, following receipt of approvals from US regulatory bodies back in December.
