Introduction
Magnesium is among the most abundantly available metals on the Earth’s crust. It is silvery white in appearance and exhibits good machinability. It is commonly alloyed with non-ferrous metals like aluminum, copper, nickel, etc.
Magnesium AZ80A-F is an extruded alloy, similar in features to AZ61A-F but is superior to it in strength. This datasheet will elaborate on the properties and applications of this alloy.
