Introduction

Phosphor bronzes are copper alloys and are designated as UNS C50100 to C54200. The addition of small amounts of phosphorus to the copper alloy further increases the hardness, wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

Copper UNS C50700 alloy has a good combination of strength and ductility with excellent spring qualities.
