Unistats ensure highly precise and consistent temperature control results, short heating and cooling periods, and wide temperature ranges without irritating fluid changes. To ensure efficient heat transfer, the gadgets are equipped with a cutting-edge, seal-free circulation pump with magnetic coupling. Improved venting and degassing features ensure the system is running quickly and smoothly.

The unique Pilot ONE controller controls the system, featuring a 5.7" touchscreen color display. Important parameters are obvious at first glance, and temperature curves are displayed visually in real time. For extended networking, the "Com.G@te DIGITAL" with the most important digital interfaces comes as standard. Analog interfaces can be adapted using the optional "Com.G@te PLUS. "

Unistat technology is also economically advantageous, with low operating costs and effective energy management. Another advantage is the longer service life of the heat transfer fluid. Hydraulically sealed systems avoid the development of oil vapors and oxidation. Unistats offer numerous safety features and are well suited for unsupervised continuous operation.

Relevant operating states are constantly checked; if necessary, the system is shut down or emergency circuits are activated. All safety circuits are intended for Performance Level C or higher (DIN EN ISO 13849-1).

The "GL" (Green Line) model versions use the natural refrigerant carbon dioxide (CO2) and are, hence, a completely ecologically beneficial alternative to devices using synthetic refrigerants. Carbon dioxide (also known as R744) is a naturally occurring component of air that has been used in refrigeration since the nineteenth century. CO2 has no ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0), a minor global warming potential (GWP = 1), and is not combustible, poisonous, or chemically reactive.
