Excel Polymers LLC and Rubber and Plastics News are sponsoring the inaugural Automotive Rubber Executive Conference May 6 - 7 at the Inn at St. John's in Plymouth, Michigan.

The Automotive Rubber Executive Conference is designed to provide insight for executives working at all levels within the automotive elastomer supply chain, including the automobile manufacturers. The two-day event will feature interactive panel discussions, as well as keynote speakers that will present on topics such as sustainability, supply chain and supplier expectations, globalization and acquisitions, and a variety of other topics.

Robert Russell, market development manager for the Transportation division at Excel Polymers will chair the event. "The presentations selected for this conference are highly relevant to the issues we face as suppliers to the global automotive industry," said Russell. "The speakers will provide valuable insight with regard to the way we will have to conduct business today and into the future."
