DuPont recently participated in INTERPLASTIKA -- the international trade fair for plastics and rubber -- in Moscow, Russia. New achievements and innovative developments in polymer technologies, plastic and rubber processing equipment and raw materials and components were demonstrated.
For companies active in plastic and rubber technology, the Russian market remains one of the most dynamic in Europe. In 2007, it grew 20 percent and continues to grow through 2008. Aiming to satisfy the growing demands of the sector, DuPont showcased various offerings.
DuPont™ Light Stabilizer 210, designed to ensure ultraviolet protection for plastics, was introduced at the exhibition. DuPont also displayed its engineering polymers and latest technologies for the following industries: automotive, electronics, electrical engineering, plastics, oil and gas, machinery, as well as household and office appliances. DuPont Fluoropolymers presented DuPont™ Teflon®, DuPont™ Tedlar® and DuPont™ Tefzel®.
“The ‘One DuPont’ participation at INTERPLASTIKA allowed us to better react to the market demands and better understand potential clients’ needs,” said Alexander Breigin, marketing representative, DuPont Engineering Polymers.
