3B, a leading manufacturer of fibreglass products for the reinforcement of thermoplastics and thermosets, has appointed Essen International as non-exclusive agent for India. This latest move marks 3B's stated commitment to developing its business in Asia, and focusing in particular on India and China as key growth markets.
Essen International, based in New Delhi and with offices in Chennai has more than 10 years experience in the distribution and supply of fibre reinforcements to composite processors throughout India for applications in automotive, marine, wind energy, industrial electrical, rail and civil applications.
"This is another significant step forward for us in cementing our footprint in Asia," said Alec Van Beylen, Sales Leader Distribution at 3B. "We are committed to growing our presence in Asia, and partnering with the right local companies such as Essen International in India is a crucial part of our business strategy."
