UCB Completes Sales of its Films Business for € 320 million

UCB confirms the sale of its Films business to a consortium led by Dennis Matthewman and Candover Partners Ltd., as already announced in July.

The closing of the transaction took place on September 30, 2004. As mentioned before, the transaction amount is € 320 million.
