DITEC and Presentwater Sign OEM Agreement

DITEC Research and Development, a wholly owned subsidiary of DITEC International Corporation focused on development of environmental chemicals and technologies, announced today that the company has entered into an agreement with Presentwater AS, an innovative Norwegian company with a strong maritime network and strategic alliances towards world-leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM).

This agreement provides Presentwater AS with rights to integrate and distribute DITEC's proprietary marine technology. This agreement gives Presentwater AS an additional competitive edge in the marine and shipping industry.
