mSilica Selects VIS as Foundry Partner for Semiconductor Wafer Production

mSilica, a smart LED driver IC provider for backlighting LCD-TV, notebook, and solid-state lighting has proudly selected Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp (VIS) in Taiwan as one of its principal foundries for semiconductor wafer manufacturing. VIS provides customer specific BCD and HV processes for mSilica’s design needs and is continuously supporting new process features.
