SGD Enters Agreement for EcoPaper Product Representation

SGD Holdings, Ltd. (Pink Sheets:SGDH), owner of premier environmentally friendly paper manufacturer EcoPaper, today announced that the company has entered into an agreement for EcoPaper products to be represented by a well-respected Los Angeles-based manufacturer's representative group that also represents many of the world's finest international paper product lines.

EcoPaper products were hand-picked to be represented by the group after the products' successful presentation at the New York Stationery Show.  Sales representatives from the group begin placing EcoPaper products into selected gift stores throughout Southern California this week.

"Our momentum this year has been astounding," said Harry Johansing, CEO of SGD Holdings.  "Having our products represented by this prestigious group helps confirm EcoPaper's market dominance among manufacturers of authentic, tree-free paper products worldwide.  We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the organization."

Johansing anticipates that EcoPaper products will be nationally represented in the very near future and further indicates that the company's marketing plan includes preparations for being represented throughout Canada and Mexico by September of 2011.
