APT Announces Inauguration of Blending Unit in India

Alternative Petroleum Technologies S.A. ("APT") announced today that its 75,000 ton (or approximately 75 million liters) per year capacity blending unit was recently inaugurated by a refinery located in northeast India. The refinery is owned and operated by India's largest oil company, the Indian Oil Corporation ("IOC").

Robert Francis, VP of Operations at APT, reported that "the blending unit system's inauguration is an important step in the formal commissioning of APT's emulsification system in India".  He further stated, "The blending unit's custom design is compatible with the high safety and tight space requirements for a refinery and was erected with support from local construction companies certified to work within the refinery".
