Stoffel Seals Corporation, a manufacturer of security and traceability products and brand identification and promotional solutions, has been acquired by Livingston, NJ based Tyden Group Holdings Corporation. Tyden Group is a Crimson Investment and Bertram Capital portfolio company.

Both Tyden Group, through its TydenBrooks Security Products Group, and Stoffel Seals are leading manufacturers of cargo security seals that identify and prevent tampering of goods shipped across all modes of transportation. Security seals are critical products that ensure supply chain integrity in the global transport of goods. Combined with Stoffel Seals, TydenBrooks Security Products Group will produce a comprehensive offering of cable and bolt barrier seals, plastic and metal strap indicative seals, specialty adhesive and other non-cargo seals, brand identification and technology-enabled products.
