Conforce Buys Indiana-Based Facility for Composite Flooring Panel Production

Conforce International, Inc. ("Conforce" or "Company") (OTCBB: CFRI) (OTCQB: CFRI) is pleased to announce that it has purchased a 155,000 square foot facility from auto parts manufacturer Trelleborg YSH, Inc.

The facility is situated on approximately 16.5 acres of land located in the City of Peru, Indiana. Through its U.S. subsidiary, Conforce USA, Inc., the facility will act as the Company's initial manufacturing outpost for commercial production of EKO-FLOR™ composite flooring panels for the North American truck and trailer market.

The facility will be equipped with technologically advanced production equipment and processes designed specifically for the manufacture of EKO-FLOR™. At full capacity, the facility will have annual production capacity sufficient to equip in excess of 50,000 full sized 53' highway trailers. The Company's objective is to begin delivering EKO-FLOR™ panels to leading North American truck and trailer manufacturers by January 2011.

CEO Marino Kulas commented that: "The acquisition of the Indiana facility represents an important milestone for the Company. We will work closely with our strategic partner Bayer to ensure the timely execution of our plan to bring production capacity of the facility on-line. As demand for EKO-FLOR™ increases, we will scale our operations by adding new facilities to our US footprint. We have established a beachhead and will now ramp-up production."
