Bluestar Silicones to Exhibit Full Range of Speciality Silicones at In-Cosmetics Show

Bluestar Silicones will be sharing a stand with its Italian distributor Biophil at the In-Cosmetics show at Fiera di Milano from 29 - 31 March 2011 to present its full range of silicones for use in a number of cosmetics application fields - Stand R 80.

Bluestar Silicones is committed to permanent innovation, and will introduce its full range of silicones for use in a number of cosmetics application fields at the In-Cosmetics show.

The benefits delivered by the Mirasil(R) product range to hair and skin care end products include bringing a silky, soft feel to dry skin, shine, spreadability, non-greasy, long lasting and protective qualities. The vertical integration of raw materials production and its 50 years' experience in silicone technology enable Bluestar Silicones to offer a comprehensive range of speciality silicones (high molecular mass gums in volatile silicones, amodimethicones and their emulsions, silicone polyethers, performance systems, etc.) to complement its standard products (cyclomethicones and dimethicones).

Bluestar Silicones is demonstrating its determination to become a key worldwide supplier of Performance systems to the cosmetics industry by exhibiting with its partner Biophil for the first time in Italy at the In-Cosmetics 2011 Show. This positioning fits in with Bluestar Silicones' global strategy and that of its new production facility in China that has joined ranks with its silicone product manufacturing and research sites in Europe, North America and Latin America that work for the cosmetics industry.
