Good Time Beverages will unveil two products under its ‘COCKTAILS TO GO’ brand, packaged in re-sealable, eco-friendly pouches at the 68th Annual Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) Convention & Exposition on April 10, 2011. The new products include Bob & Stacy’s Big Barrel Brandy XO and Premium Margarita.

The easy-pour pouches are lightweight than conventional drink bottles and thus facilitate portability. The flexible pouches are made of foil consisting of recycled aluminum alloy sheathed with a skinny internal layer. The container features a tamper-resistant, free-flow cap that can be sealed again for prolonged storage.
The pouch has a barrier film that is resistant to oxygen and thus maintains the flavor for one year and nearly three months after opening the seal. However, the original cap should be used for the resealing purpose. The pouch’s free flow cap allows the contents to be poured easily in to other containers. It occupies less space when compared to conventional containers and thus suitable for space constraint shipment and storage.
The pouch features strong film configuration and single gusset structure at its bottom and thus exhibits better stand-up stability. The pouches reduce landfill wastage by 90% and carbon impact by 80% when compared to other containers holding equal quantity of contents. The drink packaging is also free from BPA.
