Grayling Industries Unveils Cassetted Form Fit Liners for Bulk Liquid IBC Packages

Pioneer in intermediate bulk container liners, Grayling Industries has unveiled the Guardian cassetted form fit liners developed to be used with any type of corrugated IBC tote available in the market.

The IBC package features two important parts, the inner liner and the sleeve or outer box. The inner liner that makes direct contact with the product is the most vital part of the IBC tote as it safeguards the product from spoilage or contamination during storage and shipping.

The Guardian liners are designed to complement the internal size of the corrugated storage and shipping containers. The form fit liner eradicates snags and wrinkles and thus allows proper usage of the container by eliminating short filling. It eliminates product trapping and residual waste after shipment.

The Guardian liners are pre-fitted to a cassette that allows proper alignment of the liner with the container before filling and thus eliminates the requirement of a helper to alter the liner during the filling operation.
