At the Intersolar North America 2011 event, Engineered Conductive Materials will exhibit its low-cost conductive adhesives.
The event will be held in San Francisco, USA from July 12 to 14. Engineered Conductive Materials is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engineered Materials System and is a worldwide supplier of conductive materials for photovoltaic uses.
The company will feature the DB-1548-LC and DB-1541-LC series of conductive stringer attach adhesives. These adhesives are offered at 40% price reduction over the company’s standard product line. They have good conductivity stability on silver-plated, tin-silver and tin ribbons, exceptional damp heat resistance and also maintain maximum rheology for dispensing.
The DB-1548-LC series of conductive adhesives are modulus materials and have greater strength, which prevents the need for rubber-like flexibility, while the DB-1541-LC series has rubber-like flexibility for flexible PV applications. This series also possesses high peel strength to resists stresses caused in reel-to-reel production processes.
Executives from Engineered Conductive Materials will discuss the complete line of conductive adhesives and conductive stringer attach adhesives for thin-film, crystalline silicon applications and conductive grid inks for PV applications.
