The systems still have the same formulae of polyurea floor coating with durability that is 20 times greater than the epoxy floor paints.
RockSolid’s single-part products, including Diamond Coat and Grey Garage Coat, are offered in resealable pouches that totally avoid wastage problems. During the coating process, users can add the required color shot into the pouch directly, shake it and then dispense it into the pan. The final product can be coated over the concrete floor.
RockSolid’s burst pouch technology allows the packaging of two parts in pre-measured, separate portions that immediately blend during pouch rolling. After the rolling, the product can be easily shaken, poured and coated.
The Chief Executive Officer at RockSolid Floors, Patrick Ilfrey stated that the company’s new pouches eliminate the requirement of cans and measuring and offer easy DIY garage floor coating solutions.
RockSolid’s pouches store kit materials more effectively than huge metal cans and reduce wastage of products. Ilfrey commented that the single pallet of the pouches is equivalent to 2.5 truckloads or 50 pallets of metal cans and in turn reduces warehouse area and consumption of fuel during shipping. RockSolid’s polyurea floor coating demonstrates superior resistance to harsh chemicals, gas, oil and salt.
