Universal Steel Buildings has supplied a pre-engineered metal building to Rice Precision Manufacturing to accommodate its new plant. The 12,150 sq.ft pre-engineered steel building will be constructed in September 2011.
Rice Precision Manufacturing, based in Baldwin City, Kansas, provides high quality CNC machines that are used in machining components for industrial applications. The company’s new facility will house the CNC machines. It will carry out several processes, including machine building, MIG and TIG welding, precision fabricating, heat-treating, honing, grinding, CNC turning, CNC milling and others. The installation of Olympia Steel Buildings’ pre-fabricated metal building system will help Rice Precision Manufacturing to continue its business growth.
Bryan Rice, owner of Rice Precision Manufacturing, has selected Olympia Steel Buildings for its high quality and aesthetics. The building is an ideal solution for housing Rice’s manufacturing business. An additional benefit of the metal building construction is that the system can be expanded to meet the company’s growing requirements.
