Universal Steel Buildings, a specialist in pre-engineered steel buildings, has designed and supplied over 6,000 sq-ft Olympia Steel Buildings system to Lee Partyka Chevrolet Mazda Isuzu, an auto dealership in Hamden, Connecticut.
The building complex will include four pre-engineered metal buildings, which will be linked to create two showrooms, one for Chevrolet brand and other for Mazda. The pre-engineered metal building complex will also comprise a sales office, a lounge area and an additional building for vehicle servicing.
The auto dealership has selected Olympia Steel Buildings for its new showroom-office complex. The company focuses on customer experience and satisfaction. It serves New London, Danbury, Bridgeport, Waterbury, Hartford, and New Haven.
Erika Stanford, building consultant for Olympia Steel Buildings, stated that this is a complex project, which has been completed successfully through the use of pre-engineered metal building construction. Olympia Steel Buildings offers cost benefits to its customers. Using conventional construction practices for such complex projects would have been too expensive, Stanford said.
