Micro-Kiss Series Mix-Dispense Valves for Low-Flow Dispensing of Two-Part Sealants and Adhesives

Sealant Equipment & Engineering has introduced a new line of mix-dispense valves called 2600-093 Micro-Kiss Series for low-flow dispensing of two-part sealants and adhesives, including acrylics, urethanes, epoxies and silicones.

2600-093 Micro-Kiss No-Drip Mix-Dispense Valve

Using the Micro-Kiss mix-dispense valves, two-component sealants and adhesives are applied for filling, potting, gasketing and bonding processes in applications, including sporting goods, medical, marine, filters, electronics, defense, contractor, appliance, aerospace, and bus, truck and automotive part dispensing.

The body design of Micro-Kiss no-drip valves of Sealant Equipment & Engineering is the basis of the new line of mix-dispense valves for controlling low-flow fluid utilizing bayonet-style motionless mixers. Besides their no-drip design, the new valves feature carbide seats and carbide ball-end needles for offering lengthy life of dispensing abrasive and viscous materials.

The new valves feature Micro-Kiss actuator valves for handling part-A and part-B materials. The valves’ on-off actuation feature delivers a highly precise on-ratio dispensing of the low-flow materials by accurately controlling the flow of each fluid part into the mixer. These valves are particularly suitable for mix ratios higher than 1:1.

The no-drip valves have a weight of 1.5 lbs and dimensions of 4.9" length and 1 x 1.8" width. The high-pressure rated valves can provide four-way pneumatic valve links, as they are double air actuated. Their divorced-design fluid body is compatible with a broad array of bayonet static mixers and has separate fluid inlet ports for the entry of part-A and part-B materials. The two dowel holes and two screw holes on the bodies of the valves allow them to be precisely mounted on automation fixtures, robot tooling and pneumatic or electric valve handles.
