Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF) offers concrete coating systems and high-performance flooring products. It has declared the introduction of VaporSolve Moisture Remediation Systems, which is an advanced epoxy coating system, that has been developed to offer an effective solution for moisture related problems.
Flooring is considerably affected by excessive concrete moisture, causing flooring failures and can be prevented with a specialized concrete vapor barrier. However, the VaporSolve is of much significance, compared to competitive concrete moisture remediation systems, as it can be used on all levels of concrete moisture vapor.
APF Vice President Daniel Owen says the moisture remediation systems are comparatively efficient and easy-to-use, with the introduction of VaporSolve. This product line is believed to surpass current concrete moisture systems, ensuring the company’s success.
The three VaporSolve Moisture Remediation Systems developed by APF include VaporSolve Basic System that includes a single coat application of VaporSolve 100, a 100% solids epoxy. This system is applied for concretes, which are free of reactive silicate curing compounds or densifiers or other contamination. The VaporSolve Ultra System is applied for silicate contaminated concrete, wherein a water-based epoxy is used as a primer, facilitating better adhesion and deeper penetration. The primer is finish coated with VaporSolve 100, to minimize concrete outgassing. The VaporSolve Fresh Concrete System employs a water-based epoxy formulation to affix with 6 to 24-hour-old concrete. This system is finish coated with VaporSolve 100 and is employed for eliminating water evaporation from the top of the slab. This system serves as the ultimate curing compound.
APF provides training for every VaporSolve system in order to ensure proper installation.
