PRIDE Industries has declared that an XD7600NT Ruby FP X-ray inspection system has been acquired from Nordson DAGE.
This system acquisition shows the commitment of the company in offering the high-quality manufacturing products, cost reduction services and enhanced production potential together with supply chain management systems.
According to PRIDE’s Vice President for Sales Operations, Steve Twitchell, EMS suppliers have real-time and high-quality imaging potential, mainly due to a large number of bottom terminated parts and contemporary designs. The advanced technology used in this inspection system identifies possible weaknesses. One of the customers is benefited through this system installation. This significant investment offers important benefits in developing prototypes, ensuring greatest manufacturability designs and the efficient production for the company’s present and future customers, Steve stated.
Nordson DAGE’s XD7600NT X-ray inspection system is considered to be the flagship system for the company and is a flat panel inspection system available with QuickView CT. High-quality imaging can be obtained through this inspection system, as flat panel detector, the new technology and proven feature recognition potential are used in the system.
The XD7600NT Diamond is equipped with the 3 MP CMOS flat panel detector along with Nordson DAGE’s NT sealed transmissive X-ray tube, which offers power up to 10 W and 100 nm feature recognition. It can be used for higher magnification and performance of real-time imaging.
