Sacmi will exhibit its latest technologies and solutions at China Brew & Beverage 2012, which will be conducted at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing from September 19 to 22, 2012.
At the event, one of the technologies to be displayed by Sacmi is the continuous compression molding (CCM) series, a cap-manufacturing technology developed by the Sacmi Imola Closures Division to produce mineral water caps, hot and aseptic filling. The highly compact CCM 48SB press, which can produce 1600 caps per minute with mere 48 cavities, will be showcased at the event.
In addition, Sacmi will showcase the CVS3000 vision system designed by its Automation and Inspection Division for in-line cap control, as well as an innovative in-line or off-line sampling system named the PVS-2, which features cameras for enabling complete and accurate control of preforms inside as well as outside. The company will also exhibit its latest labeling technology innovations, which include the new Sacmi labeling machine FORMSLEEVE+.
The SBF line of rotary blow molders featuring 6-24 stretch blowing stations will also be showcased at the fair. Machines in this series demonstrate an output rate of more than 64,000 bottles per hour in the regular half-liter format and enable installation of a one-cavity mold for large bottles of up to 3 L and a two-cavity mold for small bottles of up to 0.6 L. Attendees of the event will also get chance to see the novel IPS press, Sacmi’s latest PET preform injection production system demonstrating high compactness, remarkable ergonomics, rapidity of size changeover, and superior energy-saving performance.
Sacmi will also display its complete range of filling technology, including electronic or mechanical volumetric or isobaric fillers for sparkling product filling and ambient temperature or hot still product filling.
