Leco Instruments Introduce 3 New Materials Testing Instrument

Leco Instruments have released a host of new products for materials analysis applications. These include:

  • The AC700 Fully Automotic Isoperibol Bomb Calorimeter
  • The TC400 Simultaneous Oxygen Nitrogen Analyser
  • The SC632 Simulatanoue Sulfur Carbon Analyser

AC700 Fully Automotic Isoperibol Bomb Calorimeter

The AC700, which is a fully automatic isoperibol bomb calorimeter. Approved to ASTM D-5865, D-240 the range of the AC700 is 6,000 to 15,000 BTU/lb and has a precision of <0.10% RSD. Analysis time is 8 minutes in precision mode and between 4.5 to 7.5 minutes in predictive mode.

TC400 Simultaneous Oxygen Nitrogen Analyser

The TC400 simultaneous Oxygen Nitrogen analyser which comes in as the entry level product. The TC400 combines the user friendly software already in use on the more expensive instruments along with the same powerful furnace allowing metals and ceramics to be easily analysed. The TC400 now comes in one cabinet thanks to the use of the Eclipse and Genesis latest technology now seen in all the new Leco products. This new technology brings increased sensitivity, less maintenance, ease of upgrades / reconfiguration and lower costs.

The SC632 Simultaneous Sulfur Carbon Analyser

The SC632 simultaneous Sulphur Carbon analyser for analysing all organic based materials. The SC632 replaces the hugely successful SC132 and SC444 models many of which are still in use after 20+ years. The SC632 utilises the now proven Eclipse and Genesis new technology as seen in all the latest Leco instruments which bring greater sensitivity, less maintenance, simple to upgrade or reconfigure and at a reduced price.
